Job Title: Research - Technical (AI/ML)

Role Summary

We are seeking a technically strong and research-driven Research Analyst to support

advanced AI/ML research, experimentation, and model evaluation. This role involves working

closely with technical and leadership teams to analyze, implement, and document AI/ML models,

providing insights that support innovation and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

● Research, analyze, and evaluate AI/ML models, frameworks, and emerging technologies.

● Implement, run, and experiment with different AI/ML models and architectures.

● Conduct model benchmarking, performance evaluation, and comparative analysis.

● Work with datasets, model training pipelines, and evaluation metrics.

● Document research findings, technical insights, and recommendations in a structured manner.

● Prepare technical briefs and summaries for leadership and internal stakeholders.

● Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research papers, tools, and industry trends.

● Collaborate with the engineering team, data team, and product team on research initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a

related technical field.

● Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.

● Hands-on experience working with and running AI/ML models.

● Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or

equivalent.

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.

● Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts through documentation and presentations.
