● Good knowledge on windows, Linux, Mac operating system & MS Office.

● Good knowledge on LAN/WAN,TCP/IP Protocols

● Experience in IT Support role.

Job Description/KRA:

● Configure, manage, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points.

● Monitor network performance to ensure system availability and reliability.

● Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common Hardware and network problems.

● Plan and implement network upgrades and patches with minimal disruption.

● Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.

● Implement and manage network security protocols, including firewalls, anti-virus, and data encryption.

● Provide technical support and guidance to users and other IT staff.

● Maintain documentations, record keeping of network configurations, changes, and procedures.

● Maintain Inventory of IT Assets. Ensure compliance with relevant data security and privacy regulations.

● Collaborate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

● Work on Administration of various applications like NAS Server, Slack , Email etc.
