Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst making proposal,

opportunity evaluation, and strategic research initiatives. The role involves researching

opportunities across government and non-government channels, evaluating scope and

eligibility, and supporting leadership with structured insights and documentation.

This position requires strong analytical thinking, research aptitude, and the ability to synthesize

information into clear, actionable inputs for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

● Research and track proposal-based opportunities, including Requests for Proposal (RFPs),

Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and Expressions of Interest (EoIs) across government,

institutional, and other relevant platforms

● Evaluate opportunities based on eligibility criteria, scope, timelines, and strategic alignment

● Prepare concise research summaries, briefing notes, and background documents for

leadership review

● Assist in drafting, compiling, and reviewing technical and non-technical proposals

● Ensure adherence to proposal guidelines, formats, and submission requirements

● Coordinate with internal teams to gather required inputs, data, and documentation

● Maintain structured records of opportunities, submissions, and outcomes

● Support follow-ups, clarifications, and post-submission documentation and analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong research and

analytical capabilities

● Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills

● Good written communication skills (verbal communication can be developed on the job)

● High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

● Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and online research tools

● Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
