Position :  Finance Controller

Experience :-10-15 years of relevant experience in Finance, Banking, Treasury, Commercial, and

Corporate Finance.

Qualification :-CA / CMA (ICWA) Preferred

 MBA Finance / M. Com may also be considered

Gender:-Male

Salary :- ₹1.00 Lakh to ₹1.50 Lakh per Month

Job Location :-   -MIDC Hingna, Nagpur

Industry :- Manufacturing / Fabrication Industry / Solar Module Structure

Responsibility

* Manage banking operations, working capital, LC, BG, treasury and fund-raising activities.

* Handle CMA data, financial reporting, bank audits, stock audits and compliance.

* Oversee import-export documentation and compliance with RBI, DGFT, Customs and EPCG.

* Manage corporate insurance, loan documentation, charge registration and statutory compliance.

* Prepare MIS, financial analysis and cash-flow plans to support management decisions.

* Coordinate with auditors, banks, legal advisors and regulatory authorities.

* Implement financial controls, risk management and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

CA / CMA (ICWA) Preferred MBA Finance / M. Com may also be considered
