Responsibility

* Handle end-to-end recruitment, preferably for IT and technical positions.

* Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

* Manage joining formalities, employee documentation, onboarding, and exit processes.

* Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.

* Coordinate with hiring managers for IT/technical requirements and interview scheduling.

* Manage employee queries, HR MIS, engagement activities, and day-to-day HR operations
