Responsibility

* • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

* Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements and prepare effective job descriptions.

* Maintain employee records, HR reports, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

* Implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.

* Manage performance reviews, KPIs/OKRs, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.

* Handle employee grievances, exit processes, clearance, documentation, and final settlements.
