Job Location :-  OM Nagar Mankapur, Nagpur

Industry :- building contractor and civil construction firm 

Responsibility

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

* Generate leads and follow up with customers.

* Explain products/services and resolve customer queries.

* Maintain customer records and daily call reports.

* Coordinate with the sales team and achieve calling targets
