Position :-Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Experience :-   5–10 Years

Qualification :-  Graduate / MBA preferred

Gender:Male 

Salary :- ₹8LPA – ₹14LPA

Industry :-Furniture manufacturer 

Responsibility

* Drive B2B and project sales to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.

* Generate new business opportunities through corporate clients, architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and consultants.

* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure, including client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and institutional customers.

* Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, tender submissions, and coordinate with internal teams for project execution.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, maintain sales pipeline, and submit MIS reports.

* Ensure timely collections, achieve sales targets, and support business growth initiatives.

* Preferred candidates from Furniture, Interior, Building Material, Construction, Real Estate, and B2B Project Sales industries with relevant experience.

Qualifications
