Position :-Admission Counselor

Experience :-Fresher-1 year

Qualification :-Any Graduate 

Gender: Male/Female

Salary :-  ₹10,000-₹15000

Job Location :-  Somalwada, nagpur

Industry :- Media & Entertainment, Ed-Tech, and Vocational Training sector.

Responsibility

* Handle inbound/outbound calls from assigned leads and convert them into admissions

* Counsel students and parents, explain courses, facilities, and key USPs clearly

* Build rapport, understand student needs, and provide suitable guidance for conversion

* Follow up regularly with leads and maintain accurate records in Excel/CRM

* Conduct counselling via phone, walk-ins, and Zoom/online sessions

* Work towards admission targets and assist in school/college tie-ups when required
