1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining

2.Understand client hiring requirements and job profiles

3.Source candidates through job portals, social media & references

4.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

5.Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates

6.Good communication skills
