Responsibility

Skills Required : -

* Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and Stock Exchange requirements.

* Act as Compliance Officer and coordinate with SEBI, Stock Exchanges, and Depositories

* Organize Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, AGM/EGM and maintain minutes.

* Handle SEBI/Stock Exchange filings and disclosures within timelines.

* Maintain statutory registers and ensure ROC filings.

* Manage investor relations and regulatory compliance matters.

Any Graduate Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)-Mandator
