Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations with strong knowledge of statutory compliances and labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Labour Law compliances and ensure adherence to statutory requirements
• Manage PF & ESIC registrations, monthly challan, returns, and reconciliations
• Prepare and process salary, payroll coordination, and compliance-related documentation
• Handle challan generation, filing, and statutory submissions on time
• Manage employee records, attendance, and statutory audits
• Coordinate with consultants and government departments when required
• Address employee queries related to PF, ESIC, salary, and compliance
• Ensure timely renewal of licenses and statutory registers
