Salary :- 1.2Lakh Per Month (Negotiable)

Responsibility

Key Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 15 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with strong expertise in closing deals and handling high-value negotiations.

2. Must have a solid background in residential property sales and managing premium clientele.

3.  Capable of leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

4. Should coordinate effectively with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives.

5. Excellent ability to plan, track, and drive sales performance with a results-oriented approach.

6. Possesses Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills; confident, smart, and people-focused.

7. Salary starting from ₹1.2 lakh per month plus attractive incentives; higher packages offered for exceptional experience and performance.
