Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping & Administration

- Oversee and monitor housekeeping operations across the site/office to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards

- Manage housekeeping staff and vendors; ensure duty rosters, attendance, and performance monitoring

- Supervise cafeteria operations and ensure hygiene and food safety compliance

- Monitor landscaping activities and coordinate with service providers

- Handle petty cash related to administration expenses and maintain accurate records

- Coordinate maintenance and administrative support services as required


HR Operations & Recruitment

- Handle site recruitment for various categories and positions

- Coordinate manpower requirements with site and department heads

- Support employee onboarding and documentation


Employee Records & Coordination

- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files

- Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and administrative support


Payroll & Compliance Support

- Support payroll inputs including attendance, leave, and shift data

- Assist in statutory compliance and coordination with external consultants


Skills & Competencies

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage vendors and service staff effectively

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
