We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive – Real Estate with strong hands-on exposure in property marketing and lead generation. The candidate must have worked specifically in real estate/construction marketing and should be capable of planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Offline / Ground Marketing:
• Planning, execution, and monitoring of hoardings, banners, kiosks, brochures, pamphlets, and site branding
• Coordination with vendors, printers, agencies, and media partners
• Tracking hoarding locations, visibility, approvals, and ROI
• Organizing site promotions, exhibitions, road shows, and campaign activities
• Ensuring branding consistency across all marketing materials
Digital & Online Marketing:
• Managing digital advertisements (Google Ads, Meta Ads, property portals)
• Handling social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Coordinating creatives, captions, reels, and campaign calendars
• Monitoring lead generation campaigns, CPL, and performance reports
• Coordinating with digital agencies (if any) and ensuring target achievement
• Existing client database analysis
• Managing big events having good leads to be collected by sponsorship
CRM / Data & Lead Management:
• Regular checking and updating of old customer data, site enquiry records, and follow-ups
• Managing and analysing data from mobile apps, CRM software, websites, and portals
• Lead segregation (fresh, old, hot, warm, cold leads)
• Sharing leads with sales team and tracking conversion status
• Preparing weekly and monthly lead & marketing performance reports
Reporting & Strategy:
• Preparing marketing MIS, campaign analysis, and ROI reports
• Suggesting new marketing ideas based on data, AI tools, and market trends
• Budget planning and cost control for marketing activities
• Supporting management in marketing strategy and decision-making
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Mandatory core experience in real estate marketing
• Strong understanding of property buyer behaviour
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, ads platforms & analytics
• Experience in CRM / mobile app / site enquiry data handling
• Good coordination and vendor management skills
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of AI-based marketing tools (lead analysis, campaign optimization) will be an added advantage
