1. Make outbound calls to students/parents regarding courses and admissions

2. Handle inbound calls and answer course-related inquiries

3. Explain course details, fees, and admission process clearly

4. Follow up with interested candidates and schedule counseling sessions

5. Maintain call records and student data accurately

6. Good communication skills in local language & English
