Job Description – Management Trainee (VP’s Office Role)
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Reports To: Vice President – Logistics & Operations
Role Overview
The Management Trainee – VP’s Office Role will work directly with the Vice President and senior leadership team to support strategic, operational, and administrative initiatives. This role provides exposure across functions—documentation, agreements, data management, and cross-departmental coordination—while preparing the trainee for a future leadership position within TTLPL.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs
• Documentation & Reporting
Draft, review, and maintain business agreements, contracts, and MoUs.
Prepare presentations, management notes, and structured reports for senior leadership.
Support compliance and record-keeping processes.
• Executive Assistance to VP
Provide day-to-day support to the Vice President on strategic initiatives and operational reviews.
Assist in preparing agendas, meeting notes, and follow-ups with internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of VP’s directives.
• Data Handling & Analysis
Collect and validate operational and financial data for business reporting.
Support decision-making by preparing MIS, dashboards, and analysis reports.
Work with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and (optionally) Power BI.
• Cross-Department Coordination
Act as a liaison between logistics, operations, HR, finance, and IT teams.
Track progress of ongoing projects and highlight bottlenecks.
Ensure smooth communication and alignment across departments.
• Strategic Projects
Support in preparing proposals, agreements, and process documents for new initiatives.
Participate in ad-hoc projects involving automation, vendor engagement, or new business models.

Qualifications
• MBA / PGDM (General Management, Operations, or Business Administration preferred)
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in corporate/strategy roles
• Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to data/BI tools is a plus
• Good understanding of business documentation and contracts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
