Responsibility

Key Requirements:

1. Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate with strong communication and presentation skills.

2. Experience: Prior experience in on-site real estate sales, including handling walk-in clients, showing demo/sample flats, and explaining project details.

3. Should be Smart, confident, and friendly while dealing with clients; ability to maintain long-term relationships.

4.  Proven record of flat selling / residential sales in reputed real estate projects.

5.  Ability to work closely with Sales Manager and junior executives as a team player.

6. Marketing & Promotion:Should be active participation in marketing and promotional campaigns to generate leads and boost sales.

7. Minimum salary ₹50,000 per month + attractive incentives (higher as per experience).

8. Preference: 2 female and 2 male candidates with professional grooming and client-handling ability.
