1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening & shortlisting candidates.

2. Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate database.

3. Draft and post job openings on portals & social media.

4. Assist in on boarding and joining formalities.

5. Maintain HR records and support daily HR operations.
