Responsibility

• Manage the end-to-end export process from order placement to final shipment.
  
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and logistics partners for seamless delivery.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export regulations, and customs policies.
  
• Prepare and manage export-related documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping bills.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of all necessary export documentation.
  
• Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability for export orders.
  
• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams for efficient inventory planning.
• Stay updated with export market trends, trade agreements, and competitive pricing strategies.
  
• Assist in identifying new export markets and business expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with the finance team for LC (Letter of Credit), TT (Telegraphic Transfer), and other payment terms.
  
• Ensure accurate documentation submission to banks for smooth payment processing.
