Responsibility

• Maintain high quality standards for cables and control systems through strict quality checks.
  
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to reduce defects and improve product reliability. 
• Supervise and lead the production team, ensuring smooth workflow and high productivity.
• Conduct training programs for machine operators, technicians, and production staff.
• Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements for higher efficiency and cost reduction.
• Manage inventory levels and reduce material wastage to optimize costs.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and workplace regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure a safe and hazard-free production environment.
