Responsibility

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of employee engagement and performance-related events.
• Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to develop event concepts that align with business objectives and address employee needs. 
• Manage all logistics for events, including budgeting, venue selection, catering, scheduling, and vendor management.
• Develop and manage employee recognition programs that celebrate individual and team achievements. 
• Coordinate recognition events to celebrate milestones such as work anniversaries, promotions, and accomplishments.
• Organize team-building activities and workshops aimed at improving collaboration, trust, and communication among employees.
• Ensure these activities are aligned with company values and performance goals, helping employees bond and strengthen their teamwork skills.
• Plan and oversee performance development events such as skill-building workshops, leadership training, and mentoring programs.
•  Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising the quality and impact of events.
•  Collaborate with external vendors, facilitators, and partners to ensure high-quality event execution.
