Responsibility

• Identify and connect with potential students through calls, emails, and social media.
  
• Attend education fairs, seminars, and networking events to promote academy programs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.
• Understand student needs and suggest suitable courses/programs.
  
• Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities to prospective students.
• Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
  
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful enrollments.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant programs to maximize revenue.
• Build long-term relationships with students, parents, and working professionals.
  
• Maintain records of student interactions and feedback for future follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to improve outreach strategies.
