Responsibility

• Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including invoices, shipping instructions, and customs declarations.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and software export control policies.
• Work with internal teams to ensure all required licenses and agreements for software exports are in place.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities for smooth shipments.
  
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery of software and hardware components.
• Communicate with international clients, vendors, and suppliers regarding shipping schedules and compliance requirements.
• Maintain records of import/export transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
  
• Prepare reports on trade activities and cost analysis
• Handle documentation related to software exports, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
