Responsibility

• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications.
  
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and UI testing on Salesforce CRM solutions.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA or similar defect management tools.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or Provar.
• Ensure data integrity and security compliance while testing Salesforce integrations.
• Perform API testing for Salesforce REST and SOAP services.
• Collaborate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide feedback to improve usability.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices for quality assurance.
