We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee and guide our team of education consultants. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving performance to meet the organization’s goals. The role requires strong leadership skills, deep understanding of education systems, and the ability to foster team development and collaboration.

Responsibility

1.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational targets.

2. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.

3. Set individual and team sales goals and monitor performance.

4. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth.

5. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

6. Oversee the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts.

7. Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the sales department.

8. Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff.

9. Monitor competitor activity and market conditions.
