• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and zoning laws.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants during project execution.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and timelines for projects.
• Resolve design or construction issues as they arise on-site.
