Responsibility

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from a provided list to promote and sell electronics printing machinery products.
• Provide detailed product information to potential customers, answer queries, and explain the features and benefits of various printing machines.
• Identify new business opportunities by contacting potential customers and capturing important information for future follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued business, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues effectively.
• Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments, setting up demonstrations, and providing additional sales support as needed.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and client information.
• Track call outcomes, customer interactions, and sales activity to ensure targets and KPIs are met.
• Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met and order fulfillment is smooth.
