Responsibility

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.

Process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions in a timely manner.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.

Prepare financial reports and assist with budget preparation and forecasting.

Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.

Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy.

Assist in the preparation for audits by providing necessary documentation and support.

Stay updated on industry regulations and accounting best practices.
