Responsibility

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including admissions, memberships, and party bookings.
• Generate and send invoices to clients, ensuring all charges are correct and transparent.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries, providing clear explanations of charges and resolving any discrepancies.
• Enter and update billing information in the system accurately and promptly.
• Handle various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and online payments.
• Assist in generating monthly billing reports and summaries for management.
• Work closely with the management team and other staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
