Responsibility

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for various real estate properties.
  
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate cash flow management.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with property managers and other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, including property profitability and cost analysis.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
